Walk-in hours are for patients with sore throats, fever, ear pain, or respiratory distress.
Walk-In Hours Details
We offer walk-in sick visits to the office on weekdays from 8:00am - 9:00am. These visits are for "acute" issues, not chronic. Sore throats, earaches, pink eye, coughs, and rashes can be readily evaluated during our walk-in hours. Headaches, stomachaches, chronic coughs, and other complicated issues are best dealt with at a (often saved-time) scheduled appointment. We also do not see check-ups during walk-in hours.
Walk-ins are busiest on Mondays and Fridays. They are typically busiest during the cold and flu season from December through March. The number of patients we are able to see each day varies by how many doctors are available that day, the number of patients that need seen, and when those patients arrive. You can maximize your chances of being seen by arriving close to 8:00am or just before. Those patients that are not able to be seen for walk-ins are very likely to be scheduled for a sick appointment early in the day.
